I am so impressed with this company! I sent them an email last week regarding rats in my attic and asked them if they could come and find entry points and close them. I got an immediate reply and scheduled a visit for yesterday. Nick came out did a total house inspection for a very reasonable fee. He identified areas of concern and the areas were fixed by Austin today. Within minutes of the repairs I got photos of these areas. Everything is under warranty for two years. I’ve had two other companies at my house since 2016 and both were more expensive and didn’t find these particular entry points. I opted to try on my own trapping any rats still in the attic with humane traps and if necessary with snap traps. If I can’t accomplish this I will call Critter Control for help. I feel like I am in good hands!
